Quality Assurance:

Our managers are equipped with PDAs and wireless laptops. On those laptops, we have designed a quality assurance checklist that the manager instantly emails to our office where we are able to inspect all quality information. This keeps us in constant contact with the manager and the job the crews are delivering.

That information is then passed on in person to each of the crews so any corrective action can be taken. The manager has a history of all quality reports filed at his disposal to review what has occurred in the past.

Customer satisfaction is monitored through walkthroughs, email, and phone conversations.



Employee Training:

Training of our employees is very important and something that sets us apart. We give a detailed orientation on use of chemicals, use of equipment, and appropriate behavior at the work site. With a combination of manager monitoring and teaming a new employee with a current employee, we are able to smoothly transition employees into their new job.
